Education System Reform Framework

A replacement architecture that begins with the individual rather than the institution.

Foundational position

This framework begins from a structural claim: formal education was built to serve institutions above the individual, and repeated reform cannot repair a foundation that was not designed around the learner. Its proposal is replacement from a different starting point.

Three phases

Individual ↔ Commons

Learning originates with people through family, community, apprenticeship, lived experience, and direct discovery. Contribution to the commons is voluntary. The commons then distributes collective knowledge back to individuals without requiring an institutional gatekeeper to own or validate the learning.

The individual feeds the commons. The commons serves the individual. The relationship is designed to remain bidirectional and voluntary.

Connection to Truth Memory Vaults

The Truth Memory Vaults are the proposed physical repository layer for this Universal Commons. The education framework defines the knowledge relationship; the vault architecture addresses how that shared body of knowledge could be physically preserved.
