Physical architecture for an ungated Universal Commons.

Purpose

Truth Memory Vaults are a proposed physical repository architecture for the Universal Commons: ungated, institution-free, permanently air-gapped storage and access points for knowledge contributed from source.

Fourteen-node architecture

• 13 fixed nodes. Each is a complete, self-contained repository rather than a shard or dependent mirror.
• Permanent physical isolation. No network connection, wireless capability, telemetry, or remote-access vector.
• A traveling 14th node. The mobile node physically visits each fixed node and serves as the sole update and integrity-verification path.
• No central point of capture. Independent complete nodes prevent one seizure or failure from controlling the whole repository.

Still intentionally open

Geographic placement, storage media, access hardware, travel-cycle frequency, custody protocol, contribution rules, and the design of the 14th (traveling) node remain unresolved and open for further work — deliberately left unfixed rather than prematurely decided.
